- 1). Connect an Ethernet cable from the broadband modem to the Internet port on the VoIP adapter.
- 2). Connect an Ethernet cable from the "Ethernet" port to the "WAN" or "Internet" port on your router. You can also connect it to a computer instead of a router.
- 3). Connect a phone line from one of the phone jacks on the VoIP adapter to the wireless base station for your wireless phone.
- 4). Turn on the modem and VoIP adapter, as well as the router and the phone base.
- 5). Turn on the wireless handset after fully charging it to ensure you are receiving a dial tone.
