How to Get the Most Out of Your Exercise Belt
If you truly want to get the most out of your exercise belt, my biggest piece of advice for you would be to stay consistent in your routine.
Get a realistic plan together before you ever start.
When will you wear your exercise belt? How can you make it part of your everyday life until you reach your target weight loss goal? These are questions I would encourage you to ask yourself.
Once you figure out a good plan, follow through with it! Most people will assume that if they do not see immediate results (which I believe you will anyhow) that it is not worth continuing.
An exercise belt is something you should stick with until the end, I promise, it will work.
Secondly, if you want to separate yourself from others who are using these types of belts, I would recommend still exercising.
While I do believe that people who use these will lose weight regardless of what they do, exercise should not be something your are scared of.
Use the belt as a supplemental tool to walking, running, or aerobics.
The science of losing weight is rather simple, you need to burn more than you are taking in.
Therefore, the more you burn, the more you lose.
Why not burn calories by using this belt, and burn additional ones through exercise? It will only make the progress that much faster.
The exercise belt is definitely helpful in losing weight, but if you think that you can use this and eat an extra cheeseburger at lunch, then you are doing yourself a disservice.
My recommendation is to still look at what you are eating.
Try to eat less calories by choosing healthier options during lunch and dinner.
If you are in the habit of overeating, find time to eat a banana or apple between breakfast and lunch or maybe lunch and dinner too so that you do not feel as hungry during the evening meal.
These will help you make huge strides along with the use of an exercise belt!
