- 1). Reboot your computer. Hold down the F8 key as it starts up to enter Safe Mode.
- 2). Open the Windows Control Panel and click on "System" > "Devices". Select each device in turn and check to see whether any have duplicate or incompatible drivers. If there's a problem, you'll see a yellow or red warning sign.
- 3). Right-click on the unwanted driver and click "Uninstall" to remove the problem.
