End Processes

• 1). Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager and check "Show processes from all users."
  
  
• 3). End the following processes. To end a process, click on the process and then click "End Process." Note that all processes are listed under "Image Name."

• 4). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Keys

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu, type "regedit" into the "Search Programs and Files" box and press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 2). Delete each of the following registry keys from the left pane of the Registry Editor. To delete a registry key, right click on it and select "Delete." If you cannot locate a registry key, click "Edit" and then "Find" and type the name of the registry key you are trying to locate and click "Find Next."

Delete DLLs

• 1). Click on the "Start" button. Type "cmd" into the "Search Programs and Files" box and press Enter. The Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 2). Type the following commands into the Command Prompt. Press Enter after each command.
  
  "regsvr32 /u services.dll"
  
  "regsvr32 /u acctress.dll"
  
  "regsvr32 /u se_spoof.dll"
  
  "regsvr32 /u mscoriezb.dll"
  
  "regsvr32 /u mscoriezz.dll"
  
  
• 3). Close the Command Prompt.
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu and then click on the "Search Programs and Files" box.
  
  
• 2). Search for and delete each of the following files. To delete a file, right click on it and select "Delete."

• 3). Restart your computer.
