- 1). Lie the cooled dough decorations flat on a work surface covered with newspaper.
- 2). Paint the decorations using acrylic craft paints. Paint both sides of each decoration if both sides are going to be seen.
- 3). Allow the painted dough decorations to dry.
- 4). Paint over the dried ornaments using glitter glue or paint. This will provide a sparkly, shiny finish on the ornaments.
