Charles Linden and His Method to Cure Anxiety

Charles Linden - Developer of the Linden Method A pioneer in the subject of modern day anxiety control and relief, Charles Linden, 44, grew up with anxiety all of his life.
As far back as he can remember, Linden recounts being anxious and scared on a daily basis, even as a very young child.
Throughout his early years and school days, as his anxiety worsened, Linden suffered in silence, not really understanding what was wrong with him, only that there was something, indeed wrong, preventing him from having a normal, social life.
After school, he then went on to get a job and it was during this time that he experienced his worst anxiety yet, which plagued him for years to come, making him miserable.
For many, his story probably sounds all too familiar.
Too many people go through their formative years sheltering themselves, and for reasons they - or their parents and doctors - may not understand until the patterns are well developed.
Anxiety is a difficult concept for a child or teen to explain, yet these are the times when it usually begins, so getting help can be difficult.
Frequently, younger people are said to be "shy" or have other personality issues which may or may not have anything to do with anxiety at all.
The truly sad thing is that these are the times in life that are so reliant on us all being social, well-adjusted creatures, too.
Charles Linden's Realizations About Anxiety As his anxiety worsened, eventually to the point where he actually ended up housebound and controlled by his panic attacks and increasing OCD, he did come to the realization that he needed help, and so began different therapies to try to cure his anxiety.
Linden tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnosis, meditation, reiki, counseling and faith healing, among many other therapies.
He tried anti-anxiety and anti-depression medications, herbal and natural supplements, sedatives, diets and a list of other products and methods.
None of it worked, at least not for him, for the long term.
However, through all of his experiences, his personal study and his insight, Linden came to realize a few things about anxiety, and those suffering from anxiety: that while many of the remedies that he tried can help to some degree, they don't actually fix anything.
They may be able to act as a bandage, but once removed the anxiety responses to triggers is still going to be there.
He learned that this was not going to make him well again.
Then, through talking with other sufferers, and also people who had managed to help themselves, he learned that there are ways in which anyone can be anxiety-free without medications or expensive therapies that do not help many people.
Be Free of Anxiety the Charles Linden Way After learning what he had from other anxiety sufferers and putting their suggestions into practice, Linden realized that they were right.
As a matter of fact, upon meeting up with one of his former doctors years later, the change in him was immediately noticeable to where the physician almost could not believe it, and especially how Linden had changed himself.
It was at that point that Linden decided to compile everything he had learned into a lesson plan in which to be able to help others in reaching the relief that he had, himself.
Through the development of his program - which combines many different anxiety relief ideas - Charles Linden has helped thousands of people to naturally take control of their anxiety and help themselves to lead normal, productive lives.
The program includes training in how to relax and face triggers, personal CBT, and also understand what happens in the brain when an anxiety attack is occurring, and how to prevent it.
It is much more than a simple instruction on how to talk yourself out of being anxious; his method works in attacking the problem from multiple angles, all of the different factors which Linden has found generally attribute to a sufferer's anxiety.
He has had good success personally with these methods, and success in teaching them to other people to help themselves, too.
As with any remedy, there is never a guarantee that it will work for everyone.
Linden's method simply reaches to explain that everyone does have the power within them to help themselves - the same ways that he helped himself - in controlling their life-disrupting anxiety and behaviors.
Charles Linden states that he is a different person today; one who is extremely happy with his life, his family and children, all of which he feels would not have been possible had it not been for overcoming his issues.
Overcoming anxiety is something which he encourages any sufferer to do for themselves in order to live free of the constraints of their disorder.
