If you were a heroin addict, would you try to quit using heroin by putting more heroin in your system? If you were an alcoholic, would you try to quit drinking by putting more alcohol in your system? If you were a chocoholic, would you try to stop eating chocolate by putting more chocolate in your system? Probably not.
Why then, do so many thousands of people think that they will have any success breaking their nicotine addiction by putting more nicotine into their system? If you really want to know how to quit smoking naturally, then forget about nicotine patches, gums, sprays or anything else that contains nicotine.
The true success rate for any of these products is dismal at best.
 They don't work.
I know that doctors prescribe them.
I know that they are heavily marketed.
 But come on.
Let's use some common sense! The real secret to quitting smoking naturally is the realization that the bulk of the problem is taking place between your ears and nowhere else.
You quit smoking for 8, 10 sometimes 12 hours every night and are no worse for wear in the morning.
And some of you don't even rush to light one when you do wake up.
So how bad of a physical addiction could it possibly be? It is only when you are conscious and unable to smoke that those feelings of being deprived kick in and really cause a ruckus.
Once you discover the reasons behind why you continue smoking, you'll realize that quitting isn't nearly as hard as you thought it would be.
When I was a smoker I was under the same impressions that you are.
I must like it more than most people.
I could never go a day without a cigarette.
Who would I be without smoking? Looking back, quitting was a lot less effort than smoking all day everyday.
 You'll still be you.
Just healthier, happier, and with a lot more money.
