Are you beginning to feel as if you might have a fear that needs to be treated? Good, because once you acknowledge that you are afraid to fly, you will be able to begin to heal your fears.
The fear of flying comes in all shapes and sizes.
It also can rear its ugly head at just about any time.
You need to know what your symptoms are and how to recognize if you have a fear of flying so that you can get yourself back to flying comfortably and without fear again.
