In society today both you and I constantly want to look younger and feel stronger, especially if you are past the age of forty like me.
It would be nice if we could take a magic pill and presto we were young again! Well...

, Plos One, 2007; 2(5):e465) discovered that resistance exercise training can reverse aging.
With out getting into all the scientific mumbo jumbo, it was discovered that certain "genes" that indicated age reversed its nature from old to young.
As compared to many superficial anti aging creams and products that cover up wrinkles, fat spots superficially that make you look younger, there is now a real practical solution to reverse the aging process with this new fountain of youth discovery.
So now you can go from saggy, baggy and draggy to firm, solid and upright.
In the process you become stronger, lighter and healthier.
Remember that muscle is firm and fat is saggy.
Resistance training causes muscles to become firm and in the process you lose unwanted fat.
Just think about the pain relief you will have when you firm up and shed a few pounds from your waist line.
This alone will most likely help you look a few years younger.
Shedding excess fat relives pressure from your hip, knee and ankle joints and this will allow you to move quicker.
While many products out there claim to give you the fountain of youth, they are at best very superficial and do not effect the inside of body where real anti - aging change occurs.
