- 1). Click on the remote PC's "Start" menu. This will expand the "Start" menu the same way it would if you were physically sitting in front of and using the PC in person.

- 3). Click "Accessories."
- 4). Click "System Tools."
- 5). Click "System Information" to load the System Information utility on your remote PC.
