- 1). Pour the clear paint into a non-metal container.
- 2). Add about 1/5 as much glow powder as there is in the container.
- 3). Mix thoroughly with a non-metal spatula. Make sure that the glow powder is mixed thoroughly and evenly through the clear medium. Add more powder, if necessary, to achieve the desired intensity and coverage of glow.
- 4). Cover tightly and set aside. Mix the glow paint thoroughly just before applying.
