Joyce D"Agostino Pottery and Ceramic Halloween Pieces
From Joyce:
I have been collecting pottery on and off for about 10 years. I collect several different things but in addition to pottery, my bigger collections are tins (mostly anniversary, limited edition and commenorative), M&M dispensers and Coca Cola and Campbells soup items.
We love to decorate extensively inside and out for Halloween. These pictures feature some of the pottery and ceramic Halloween pieces that I own and they all are luminaria type or those lit with lights.
I began this collection with a pumpkin (the one with star eyes in the pictures) that my Mom made in a ceramic class. Over the years, if I find another pumpkin or Halloween related luminaria that fits in with the group, I add it. I like to vary the materials that they are made from, so this collection includes terra cotta, pottery with matte glaze and ceramics with a high gloss.

We put up lights, spider webs and other decorations outside, and try to add one little Halloween related item to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Halloween is one of our favorite decorating times.
Farris' Orange Feather Tree
From Jeannie:
I've been collecting Breen ornaments for 9 years. Before collecting ornaments, I collected pottery, primitives and folkart items. Most recently I have been purchasing items from the Scott Rucus line and Elaine Roesle's Snowchildren.
We just moved into an older house and I am remodeling most of the rooms. The dining room is the only room completed at this point, so I placed a small table by the window for my orange feather tree.
While I usually place Halloween collectibles thru out the house, this year most of my collectibles are still packed away! Restricting my Halloween decor to the Dining room, I placed the feather tree in a Longerberger basket which has a pumpkin face. I placed black fabric in the top of the basket to hide the stuffing inside the basket that secures the tree. I also have a few of Scott Rucus pieces, an OWC ghost lamp and my favorite Redware Halloween plate on display.
Rayburn's Department 56 Five Foot Black Tree
From Susan:
I have been collecting Radko glass ornaments for about 10 years. I also collect Disney pins, dolls, lithos and other collectibles as well as Angels baseball stuff.
My Halloween tree this year is a Department 56 five foot black twisted tree. I have displayed mostly Radko Halloween and fall ornaments and garlands but also have included Department 56 "Halloween Krinkles" which are exclusive to Neiman Marcus this year.
Also included are some Larry Fraga black and gray fall glittered balls. It is skirted with purple satin and black lace and lit with orange rice lights.

From Joseph and Larry:
We have been collecting almost 6 years and also collect coins and McCoy Pottery.
This tree is really our dream Halloween tree. We threw in lots of fun touches (look for each Raven carrying a Breen medallion and 2 stuffed Cats) and thought the inner multicolored lights in Halloween color really added to the effect. BOO!
