    • 1). Click "System" at the top of your Linux computer screen.

    • 2). Click "Administration."

    • 3). Click on the icon for the "System Monitor" to open that program on your Linux computer.

    • 4). Click "Network." The screen that opens will contain constantly updating information that allows you to monitor the current speed, progress and utilization of your computer's Internet connection.
