Oliver announces for the first time that he’s gay to Layla and Cristian. Layla begins to feel sorry for Fish. He tells them how scared he is for the department to find out, not alone how his parents will react. Oliver continues to say how he ignored his feelings all his life until he met Kyle in college. Later, Fish gets a call from his dad telling him how excited him and is mother are to meet his new girlfriend, when they come to Llanview.
Ross informs Blair that he’s still married to Tea. Ross tells Blair the story when the three were on the island. He makes it clear that Todd made a raft just to get back to her. She offers him anything for him to come back with her to Llanview.
Todd proposes to Tea. Tea begins to stall and explains it would be better to live together first. Todd confesses to her that he’s afraid of losing her and tells her that his happiness is always short-lived. He upset that Tea is going to turn him down. He brings up that Blair has hired a PI to investigate her. Tea asks for some alone time to collect her thoughts, while Todd leaves she makes a call to Rayburn. Dorian informs Mayor Lowell that Viki has decided to run against him. She suggests that he uses his son as an angle for his campaign. Dorian finds out that his son is Justin.
Sergei, Asher and Cole meet near the field. Sergei informs them that because of the bust by the police their shipment never came in. All three play the blame game about who tipped the police off.
Justin sees Asher at the field and asks him for some drugs. Asher explains he’s all out and allows Cole to sell for him. Cole feels awkward but continues to play along. While waiting for Tea, Todd sees Cole dealing. John and Bo let Nora know that Lowell is behind the drug trafficking in Llanview and is using the money for funding his campaign. They ask her for a warrant which has to be passed by a judge who’s a friend of Stan Lowell’s. With the evidence they acquired, the judge doesn’t have no other choice but to give them the warrant. Afterwards John goes to Lowell’s campaign headquarters and plants a bug. Nora and Bo find out that Lowell’s son, Justin is the kid who caused Matthew to get into the accident.
