- 1). First get a baby bath tub and fill it with warm, not hot, water and a very gentle dish soap such as Dawn.
- 2). Place the kitten in the bath tub and wet and then take the dish soap and rub it through the kitten's fur. Make sure to get all the fur. Wash the kitten as long as he/she will let you. Be very careful to get soap all around the kitten's neck, ears, face, head and chin. Be extra careful not to get soap in the kitten's eyes.
- 3). Now rinse the kitten off. If he is comfortable in water try immersing him for a nano second- if he hates it don't.
- 4). Now get a flea comb and comb through his fur quickly dipping the comb in the soapy water after each stroke to kill the fleas.
- 5). Now wrap him in a dry towel and dry him off.
