Why Should You Use Rediffmail Mobile? Though Rediffmail Mobile isn't free, you still have plenty of reasons to get one: • You can bring your e-mail anywhere you go.
As long as you're in the countries supported by Rediffmail, you can check and send messages to anyone in your contact list.
• The system allows you to receive and send up to 10 MB size.
This means it's all right for you to receive and send attachments, including images.
• You have 2GB storage, so you don't have to delete e-mails immediately.
• You can send SMS to any supported mobile phone, provided you're in India.
• You don't have to constantly sign in to your mailbox.
You only have to do so once you receive e-mail alerts straight to your mobile phone.
Notes: • The mobile service of Rediffmail doesn't come for free.
You have to pay Rs 50 every month.
However, that already guarantees unlimited use of e-mail.
Data charges also come for free.
• Rediffmail works in several types of mobile phones, from Nokia to Samsung, CSL, Dell, Geeksphone, Videocon, Vibo, Motorola, Acer, General Mobile, Sanyo, Lenovo, and Pantech, to name a few.
However, it doesn't complement your Blackberry and iPhone as of the moment.
• There are different ways on how to pay for your mobile phone bill: credit cards and check or demand draft through Internet banks.
The best option, however, is to pay through your credit card, which activates your mobile service within an hour after payment.
