Saw Palmetto And Prostate Drugs - Which Should You Take?
In fact, neither may be very good choices at all.
Why? There are actually many reasons not to bother taking saw palmetto and prostate drugs.
For one thing, various drugs for prostate problems can have serious side effects that may even make you feel worse than your BPH symptoms do.
And as for saw palmetto? It is highly overrated.
Yes, it can give you some relief (and has been used by certain people for hundreds of years for various urinary problems).
But most of it seems to be of questionable quality.
And, taken alone does not really do much to solve the estrogen problem (which is fast becoming understood is one of the big problems for people suffering from prostate symptoms).
So, if not saw palmetto and prostate drugs, then what should you do? Well, you can still try those things.
And if they work, great! But don't count on it.
It's best to make dietary changes and look into other herbs and supplements and prostate support options that are known to work better.
Like drinking more water.
Having more sex (no joke).
Eating foods with lycopene in it.
And trying to eliminate inflammation from your body, which very well could be one of the reasons you have prostate problems in the first place.
By all means try whatever you feel you must try.
But you don't only have to choose between saw palmetto and prostate drugs to fix your BPH symptoms.
