• 1). Turn on your phone and then press the "*#06#" (star, pound, zero, six, pound) keys on your phone's keypad.
  
  
• 2). Write down your phone's IMEI once it is displayed on your screen.
  
  
• 3). Alternatively, turn off your phone and remove the battery. Check for a white sticker on the battery or inside the battery compartment. The IMEI is usually printed on the white sticker.
  
  

CDMA Phones

• 1). Turn on your phone and select the "Menu."
  
  
• 2). Scroll down the Menu and select "Settings." Select "Other Info" from the new submenu.
  
  
• 3). Select "ESN" to view your phone's serial number.
  
  
• 4). Select "Settings," then "Phone Settings, then "Phone Information," if you are using a Windows Mobile phone. You should see your phone's serial number.
