You need someone who specializes in a certain field.
Offshore outsourcing means hiring someone from a different country.
Onshore outsourcing on the other hand means hiring someone from within the same country.
In the internet marketing business, some entrepreneurs fail because they find some tasks that they could not handle, or just don't have the time to do.
These hurdles are enough for them to quit on the business.
For a starting entrepreneur, there are definitely a lot of areas that are hard or difficult to understand.
Some examples are web designing and search engine optimization.
Some are not knowledgeable yet with a lot of areas in internet marketing so they just decide to give it up.
With internet marketing, you should know which jobs to outsource and which don't need to be.
It is not as simple as plainly assigning tasks.
If you decide to outsource, it is best to first have a plan about which tasks need to get done by each employee.
You also have to consider which tasks need offshore outsourcing, and which tasks need onshore outsourcing.
You will need to keep track of tasks that you want to get done.
After you have made a list of tasks, you can now distinguish which tasks are for you, and what other tasks are those that you cannot do, or are too busy to do.
Some of the tasks that are commonly outsourced offshore are tasks that can be done over the phone or through the internet.
You can get someone to answer and make calls for you.

Offshore outsourcing is very beneficial and wages are cheaper compared to hiring someone from the same country with the same job designation.
However, there are tasks that require onshore hiring.
Onshore tasks are those that need a person to be physically present in the company.
