Instead of giving the athlete an edge in his performance these supplements are capable of turning the tables and may even end their career. This is because yet again cases have been reported where dietary supplements have contained internationally banned substances and players have been banned as they tested positive in the dope tests.

Before the sport dietician suggests a pre workout supplement as part of the sports nutrition for a faster, energized or maybe claims an enticing secret formulation, a little homework needs to be done find out about the safety and effectiveness of the €magic€ dietary supplement. There are numerous reliable online resources available, which evaluate the products available in the market and enlighten the common consumer about the safe products.
