Wash, condition and blow-dry your hair if you are seeking a straight look. Air-drying your hair is also a option. - 2). Comb your hair back using a wide-toothed comb. Take out a medium-sized section of hair just above your forehead, in the middle, and let it hang frontward.
- 3). Raise the hair section, bring it backward and push up to the desired height to create the hump. Use bobby pins to secure the bump, leaving approximately an inch between the bobby pins and the ends of the hair forming the bump. Lightly spray the hump with hairspray to provide hold.
- 4). Gather the sides of your hair into a high or low ponytail, putting the ends of the bump with the ponytail. Secure with a hair elastic.
- 5). Smooth down the sides of your hair with a light-hold sculpting gel.
- 6). Wrap the end of your ponytail around its base. Secure the hold near the base of the newly formed bun with bobby pins.
- 1). Attach the end of the weave track onto the hair elastic using a bobby pin. You should do this on the top, middle part of the bun.
- 2). Wrap the weave track clockwise around the bun. Add a pin onto the elastic after every two turns around the bun.
- 3). Add two or three more pins onto the elastic after you are done wrapping the track around the bun.
- 4). Curl or flat iron the ponytail using hot tools if desired or leave as is.
