    Entering Full Screen Mode

    • 1). Open Internet Explorer.

    • 2). Click on "View" on the menu bar at the top of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.

    • 3). Click on "Full Screen" and the menu bar will disappear.

    • 4). Move your cursor to the top of the screen to make the menu bar partially appear.

    • 5). Click on "Tools" and then click on "Full Screen" to bring back the complete menu bar.

    Tweaking Internet Explorer for Full Screen Startup

    • 1). Click on the "Start" button and click on "Run" or search for "Run" in the Start menu search box.

    • 2). Enter "regedit" in the allotted space and click on "OK" to open the Registry Editor.

    • 3). Navigate to the following registry key: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console."

      Just click on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" and then click on "Console."

    • 4). Locate "FullScreen" in the right pane and click on it to open it.

      If "FullScreen" doesn't exist, create it by right-clicking on an empty space and selecting "New" > "DWORD (32-bit) Value." Name the new entry "FullScreen" and then click on it to open it.

    • 5). Go to the "Value data" box and enter "1." Click on "OK" to close the FullScreen dialog box.

    • 6). Navigate to the following registry key: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main."

    • 7). Click on "FullScreen" to open it, or create it, if it doesn't exist, by following the instructions in Step 4.

    • 8). Set the Data value to "Yes" and click on "OK."

    • 9). Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.

      Open Internet Explorer and you'll see that it starts in Full Screen mode.
