Stop Smoking
My name is John I tried everything imaginable to stop smoking, when something did work I filled the gap with food.
Well you can just imagine what that was like, one habit for another I did manage to stop, it would last for awhile, then before you know it I'd have a cigarette in my hands.
I bet I stopped about a hundred or more times before it finally happened and now it's been twenty five years, and no cigarette not even a craving.
What happened? Well that's kind of one of those things that you can't just put in words and get people to understand, but lets give it a try.
One thing is you just have to ready, not just say your ready, but really be ready.
I think when woke up one morning and said that's it I'm done, and threw my pack across the room, that's when I just knew that this was the time.
I didn't eve crave food.
During the past twenty five years I spent a lot of time looking to make my health even better, after all that was the biggest reason I wanted to give up the smoking habit.
I was born with jondess and in my mid fifties I was diagnosed with a liver problem.
the many doctors, clinics, and medications were not coming even close to helping, as a matter of fact the meds were actually making depressed and always run down.
Whats someone who has turned into such a health addict to do? Well I'll tell what I did.
I heard a lot about alternative medicine and doctors.
I visited a holistic practitioner and it changed my life style forever.
I got into other things that were strictly natural, including the way I ate.
