Testosterone is a type of steroid hormone that is part of what we call the androgen group.
As we know, testosterone is produced in the testicles of males and then in ovaries of females.
There are also small amounts that are secreted by glands, more specifically the adrenal glands.
It is one of the main components of the male sexual hormone and it is also a steroid of the anabolic kind.
For males as well as females, it plays a very vital role in the overall well-being and health of the individual.
Also known to increase libido, enhance energy levels, it works to improve the immune system and it has a few other extremely beneficial factors that help our bodies feel and look better.
Having low levels can be devastating for a man for many reasons.
I didn't realizehow much it interfered in my life until one day it got so low that it really became hard for me tohave the confidence to go out with beautiful women.
I was afraid i might let her down and that was devastating for my healthand mental well being.
Once I started to work on increasing my levels,things changed so much that I had no idea how many areas of my life were affected by it.
As males produce a lot more, about 8 times more, than females, we also depend on it a lot more.
A low testosterone level can cause a lot of problems in men, especially in regards to sex and sexual performance.
It is the main hormone working to fuel male's sexual drive.
With low levels of, men's moods are affected as well as their sexual desire and physical performance in general.
There are many methods to increase it.

They can include: A proper diet, exercise, cutting down on substances that decrease testosterone levels such as caffeine and alcohol, and of course testosterone pills.
Of the methods you can choose to feel better about yourself, become a better man for your lover and have greater health overall, the testosterone pills have helped me out the most.
As a single guy, it's not always easy for me to control my diet very much or to refrain from drinking, smoking and having late nights.
Because I work at home in my computer, exercising also doesn't come very easy for me, I take the pills.
