    Comments

It's sleepy time on the country album charts this week (it's summer so more or less expected), with only dear Taylor Swift switching things up. Her recording industry tentpole, Red, moved on up from #6 to #5, swapping places with Lady Antebellum's latest piece of chart mortar. While everyone else is stagnating, Kacey Musgraves's Same Trailer Different Park is showing some serious legs and I'm not talking about her album cover. The critically acclaimed release moved from #17 to #13 in its 18th week of release. It's a great album, and if you haven't heard it, well, this is your cue to cop a copy. And to change the subject entirely: Everyone, please welcome JJ Lawhorn's ridiculously titled Original Good Ol' Boy: O.G.O.B. which debuted at a mind-bending #20. It includes his night-sweats-inducing single "Sittin' on a Tailgate." Good luck, young man. And be worried. Very worried.
