Logitech Audio Hub Not Playing Sound
- 1). Check to make sure the Logitech Audio Hub is connected to a power source. Even though it plugs into a USB connection on the laptop, the hardware draws power off of an electrical outlet.
- 2). Install the provided driver. If no driver is installed, the computer is unable to detect the hardware. Insert the driver installation CD into the disc drive of the laptop, then follow the prompts of the installation wizard to install the driver.
- 3). Look over the USB cable connection. If the USB cable is not inserted completely into the computer, the laptop is not going to properly send audio signals to the Logitech Audio Hub.
- 4). Double-click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. This loads a window onto the screen with all the audio options available to you. Deselect all muted options. If any option is muted, the audio signal is not sent out to the Logitech Audio Hub.
