    Adding an HP Laserjet Printer

    • 1). Open the lid to the printer and slide the ink cartridges into the printer until they snap in.

    • 2). Attach the HP power cord to the printer and plug it into the wall outlet.

    • 3). Plug the USB cord into the printer and plug the other end into the computer.

    • 4). Insert the installation disc into the computer to download the printer's drivers. Follow the installation steps on the "HP LaserJet installation" menu that will pop up after the disc is inserted.

    • 5). Test print a page to make sure the printer is hooked up properly.
