I'm sure you would agree that we live in some pretty tough times and we are almost forced to rush around like crazy.
This makes doing things like taking care of our body pretty difficult.
For example, we have been told that we need to eat between 5 and 6 meals a day.
How the heck do you do that? It's actually not hard, but there are some things you have to do first to make eating 5 to 6 meals easy.
First, you probably know that eating 5 to 6 meals a day is optimal because you can keep your energy high, your metabolism high, and keep your body from storing calories as fat.
There are three things that you need to learn to do so eating 5 to 6 meals a day easy and manageable.
And so doing this will fit easy into your busy daily life.
First, you have to know how to plan your food and you actually have to do it.
To make planning food easy, it's nice if you have access to a big list of pre-approved recipes.
Then you have to plan your meals from Sunday to Sunday.
Literally plan each and every meal that you are going to make.
Second, you have to batch cook food.
There are many items like chicken that you might be eating a lot of.
It makes it much easier if you batch cook all or your chicken for the week.
Prepare all your veggies and have them cut up for the week and so on.
This makes it much easier and faster for you prepare your meals on any given day.
Finally, you need some good Tupperware and some room in your refrigerator to store all this food.
But it's more than that, try your best to separate your meals in that Tupperware so it's easy to grab what you need and get our the door.
All of this will make is simple for you to eat 5 to 6 meals a day and as a results you will almost instantly begin to lose body fat.
