- 1). Press the "Menu OK" button to access the main menu.
- 2). Press the "9" key to open the "Settings" menu.
- 3). Press "4" to enter the "Security" menu.
- 4). Type in the four-digit lock code. By default the lock code is usually the last four digits of your phone number. If you have changed the lock code and don't know what it is, contact your cellular service provider and speak with technical support.
- 5). Press the down arrow button to highlight "Unlock" and press the "Menu OK" button to confirm.
