- 1). Cut a sheet of paper to form a rectangle with one side twice the length of the short side.
- 2). Fold one of the long sides down about a half-inch. Fold that edge in the same way three more times.
- 3). Roll the paper into a cylindrical shape with the short sides at the ends. Tuck the ends into each other and secure them with tape.
- 4). Hold the ring with the curved part in your palm, then throw it in an overhand, spiral motion with the folded end forward.
