How to Save Voice Messages as Ring Tones on a Virgin Mobile Rumor Touch
- 1). Touch the dice icon to open the main menu on the Rumor Touch.
- 2). Tap the wrench icon to open the Tools menu.
- 3). Touch "Voice Services," and tap "Voice Memo."
- 4). Start the recording when prompted. Record your note. Touch the dot to stop recording.
- 5). Return to the "Voice Memo" menu, and tap the recording.
- 6). Touch "Set As," and tap "Default Ringer" to set the note as a ring tone for all contacts. Tap "One Contact" to set it as a ring tone for a specific contact. Touch "Unsaved Numbers" for numbers not saved in your contact list, "Private/Unknown" for numbers with blocked caller ID, "Voicemail" for voice mail alerts, "Messages" for message alerts and "Alarm/Calendar" for alarm and calendar alerts.
- 1). Press and hold "1" to dial your voice mail box.
- 2). Select the option to play your messages.
- 3). Tap "Voice Memo" to start the recording, and "Stop Voice Memo" to end the recording.
- 4). Press the "END" key to return to the main screen, and touch the dice icon to open the main menu.
- 5). Tap the wrench icon to open the Tools menu. Select "Voice Services," and touch "Voice Memo."
- 6). Touch the recording to view the list of message options. Tap "Set As," and touch "Default Ringer" to set as a ring tone for all contacts.
- 7). Touch "One Contact" to set the recording as a ring tone for a specific contact.
