Scalp Problems-Check Your Symptoms
- You have signs of infection, such as:
- Increased pain, swelling, warmth, or redness.
- Red streaks leading from the wound.
- Pus draining from the wound.
- A fever.
- The wound is bleeding a lot, and direct pressure does not stop it.
Watch closely for changes in your health, and be sure to contact your doctor if:
- You do not get better after 2 weeks of home care.
