The Bottom Line
This is the best paper cutter I have tried when it comes to cutting multiple pages and holding the pages still while cutting. My only frustration came from trying to find replacement blades online and also trying to figure out how to change the blade.

Guide Review - Edge Pro 1210C Compact Rotary Paper Trimmer
With this paper trimmer, you get a commercial quality trimmer at a fairly inexpensive price. While it is large enough to handle larger crafting and scrapbooking paper, it's aluminum base folds up to provide compact, convenient storage. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The quality of this cutter is fabulous and it is very easy to use.
This is great for cutting the fancy 12-inch x 12-inch papers so readily available these days, and it is also great for cutting more than one piece at a time. There is a plastic guild that holds your paper in place, which is great for stopping slipping. No matter which way you load the paper, the alignemtn grid will help you measure and keep it straight. They even have cut lines marked out to help you cut 3.5 x 4.5-inch photos. The large, easy-grip blade casing works well for both right and left handed users.
It glides smoothly and effortlessly over the paper.
The only complaint I would have is when it comes to changing the blade. First of all, I had a hard time finding the correct replacement blades online. The part number is not written anywhere on the cutter itself that I could find, although I did find the part number printed on the box after searching a bit. I also struggled a little to get the middle bar off to change the blade. The tabs did not easily slide off. You have to watch the position of the blade when you take it off so you can get it back together facing the right direction becacuse the directions offer no guidance or illustrations. Also, I could not figure out how to remove the blade from the housing, but perhaps there are directions for this in the package for the replacement blades.
