Sleeping is the primordial needs for all of the living creatures on the earth, with no exception of our human beings. At the same time, every one of us would face the problem that is sleeplessness probably because of different reasons, such as excitement, worries and nervousness and the like, they make us stay awake all the night, which would be really distressed, especially when we have got something important to do next day. And here mainly centers on the tips on sleeping before cosplay conventions. However, it might be effective to other matters. What are they in your mind or according to your personal experience?

As for the cosplay cons, which are the parties or the various other forms of activities that is held for the fans of anime, game, manga, film and novel and any other media, who display their favorite character from these media by means of dressing the corresponding costumes of the imitated role or the creative clothes that are made by them at the shows for the purpose of expressing personal interest or life style or earning money by win the contest. More often than not, cosplay girls and boys must face the problem that is having a good sleep the night before the convention. However, just as mentioned before, most of us would not go to sleep easily due to various reasons. And some of us indeed sum up many useful tips for sleeping well. Here are the general good ideas for you cosplay boys and girls who just right have such kind of worries.

Firstly are sleeping pills. Probably, most of us would think of it and would use it, which indeed could work, yet, as the saying goes, "All Medicine Have Toxicity to Some Degree", it is not good for our health, hence, we should avoid it as possible.

Secondly is drinking something, like two bottles of beer or wine, but it is easy to find that you would not feel so nice the nest morning. Meanwhile, Chamomile tea would be a better idea, but you should keep away from caffeine.

Thirdly is listening to calm music. This method would help you ease down and get the peaceful mind; however, it may not work for some of you.

Forthly is wantching a sad movie. Generally speaking, crying would make you feel tired and sleepy, which only works for sentimental people.

Fifthly is making intense exercises and having a big dinner, it would lose you a lot of engery.

Finally is no sleeping, which would be the good choice for some of cosplayers and is a shot in the locker. You could do anything you like, like make or modify the cosplay costume.
