GE Electric Dryer Instructions
- 1). Add your clothes to the GE electric dryer once you have finished washing them. Items that cannot go in the dryer are plastics, fiberglass items, items with plastic trim, woolens, foam-filled items and rubber-coated items. You can also insert dryer sheets or dryer balls, if you use them.
- 2). Clean your lint screen by removing the lint with your hands or a wet cloth. Keeping the lint screen clean keeps your dryer working efficiently.
- 3). Select your type of cycle with the "Fabric Care" knob. Options are "Cottons Reg. Heat," "Perm. Press Med. Heat," "Knits/Delicates Low Heat" and "Air Fluff No Heat." Just turn the knob to your desired setting.
- 4). Set the length of your cycle with the "Drying Cycle" knob. This can be turned to "Timed Dry," "Cottons," "Delicates" or "Easy Care Perm Press."
- 5). Move the "Signal Cycle" button from "Off" to your desired sound level, if you want a buzzer to sound when the dryer has finished its cycle.
- 6). Press the "Start" button to start your drying cycle.
