How to Recover a Master Lock Combination by the Serial Number
- 1). Place a Master Lock combination lock on a photocopier so the serial number of the lock is visible to be copied. Make a copy of the back of the lock, ensuring that the serial number of the lock is visible on the photocopy.
- 2). Turn on a computer and navigate to http://www.masterlock.com/pdfs/lost_combo_form.pdf, which will display a Master Lock lost combination form. Print the form.
- 3). Fill out the form and legibly write the serial number from the Master Lock on the photocopy.
- 4). Take the form to a Notary Public along with a photo ID and have it notarized.
- 5). Place the notarized form and the photocopy of the lock into an envelope. Seal the envelope and address it to: Master Lock Warehouse, 1600 W La Quinta Rd, Suite/WHSE #1, Nogales, AZ 85621. Place the appropriate postage on the stamp and drop the envelope into a mailbox. Master Lock will send the combination when they have confirmed that all the paperwork is in order. The process will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
