- 1). Upgrade your account to a paid subscription.
- 2). Complete all the storyline quests in Tritan Alley and defeat the final boss, the Harvest Lord.
- 3). Complete all the storyline quests in Firecat Alley and defeat the final boss, Alicane Swiftarrow.
- 4). Complete all the storyline quests in Cyclops and defeat the final boss, Electra Stormcloud.
- 5). Level your character to at least Level 12.
- 6). Speak to Merle Ambrose and accept the quest “Colossal Trouble.”
- 7). Exit Merle's house through the door leading to the Commons. Continue through the Commons moving south to the Shopping District. Head South in the Shopping District and turn right when you reach the fork in the road. Take the first left and enter Colossus Boulevard.
- 8). Deliver the private orders to Private O’Doyle to complete the “Colossal Trouble” quest and gain access to Colossus Boulevard.
