- 1). Measure 1 cup of cream of tartar in to a small bowl.
- 2). Drip some hydrogen peroxide in to the cream of tartar with an eye dropper. Stir while you do this a little at a time to form a thick paste.
- 3). Spread the paste over the hair dye stains in your sink with a sponge.
- 4). Let the tartar paste sit until it completely drys.
- 5). Rinse away the tartar paste and your hair dye stain will be gone.
