Creating a Candle From Soy Wax

You have probably learned how to create candles back when you were in elementary school.
There must have been a project of some sort where your teacher would ask you to create a candle on your own.
The whole experience was something you have not forgotten because it was an easy thing to do.
However, during that time, you probably have used bits and pieces of melted wax (from other candles), a cotton string (to be used as a wick), and small piece of crayon (for coloring).
This time, you need to learn how to create a candle.
What you need to do is create a candle that makes use of totally natural ingredients and materials.
And you need to learn how to do such so that you can probably sell whatever you create.
The very first 'professional' candle that you will be creating is a container candle.
See, the thing about such type of candle is that it is easy to make and there is no need to you to perspire over molds and what shape your candle will look like after it is all done.
All you need to work out is what container you will be putting your candle in.
To start, you will need the right materials and that will include soy wax flakes which are available in candle stores.
You also need to choose a good container jar where you will create the candle.
You also need to prepare a wick.
If you would like to have your first soy wax candle to be scented, then you also need to get some 100% essential oils.
All of your soy wax flakes should be melted.
Start melting the flakes.
While doing so, you should make sure that the container that you will be using is clean.
Check the container and clean it up if you need to.
Make sure to wipe it clean after rinsing it with water.
Then, glue the end of the wick to the bottom of the container so it stands right in the middle.
By that time, the soy wax should be melted.
If you need to add some essential oils to create a scented soy wax candle, then this will be the best time to do so.
Slowly pour the melted soy wax into the container.
Just let it cool and you have your home-made candle.
Scented soy wax candles in containers are usually used as aromatherapy candles.
With the right aromatherapy essential oils, those who are into this practice need just light the candle and let the essential oils make its way into the air.
