Therefore, a maintenance room supervisor must take responsibility for the control of the environment, including all its operations and personnel. This demands the execution of several responsibilities and duties in order to successful. - A maintenance room supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of all maintenance room facilities. He must be able to set up and operate and monitor all mechanisms. This includes inspecting facilities for problems and taking corrective actions to prevent further problems. In addition, he must not only train his staff to safely operate the facilities but they must also be able to seek the appropriate help when things break down. Maintaining a good work environment will help facilitate productivity as well as successful project completion.

She must know how to communicate her thoughts or feelings with sensitivity when teaching or training individuals from other cultures.
