5 Common Skin Problems and Their Solutions

Vitiligo is a condition in which the skin coloring pigment is lost from areas of the skin, resulting in whitish patches.
Solution:
Recent studies have revealed that folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamin C resulted can cause re-pigmentation. Therefore dermatologists recommend to take vitamin B complex comprising 100 milligrams of each of the major B vitamins and at least 400 micrograms of folic acid daily. You can also try out a herbal remedy by applying basil extracts with lemon juice.
Blackheads and Whiteheads:
Whiteheads are a kind of acne that form when an excess of oil in the skin builds up in the pores and forms a small bump. The oil turns black (blackheads) when exposed to the air, so they are difficult to miss on the surface of the nose.
