- 1). Make sure Microsoft Outlook is not running.
- 2). Launch Outlook Express.
- 3). Open the "File" menu at the top of the window, expand the "Import" sub-menu and choose the "Other Address Book" option.
- 4). Highlight "Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book" from the list of file types and then hit "Import."
- 5). Select the Outlook profile from which you want to import contacts and press the "OK" button. Outlook Express will extract the contacts from Outlook and add them to your address book.
