1). Blend the garlic, peppers and 1/3 cup water in a blender until the garlic and peppers are pulverized.
2). Strain the blended mixture into a small jar. Stir the vegetable oil and soap into the chili-garlic mixture.
3). Combine roughly one-quarter of the concentrated mixture with 1 gallon of water in the spray bottle. Label the jar and store the remaining concentrate on a shelf for later use.
4). Spray the tops and undersides of tomato leaves. Spray enough so leaves are damp but not dripping.
5). Spray every couple days, especially following rain or morning dew. Reapply in two weeks if insects continue to harm the tomatoes.
