How to Change Cursor Size in Word

    • 1). Click on the "Font Size" box located on the top left of the screen, next to the "Font" box. Type in a bigger or smaller font size. For example, if the font size is 12, type in 16 and the cursor will get bigger, or type in 10 and the cursor will get smaller.

    • 2). Click on the "down arrow" located to the right of the number in the "Font Size" box. This will bring down a drop-down menu with many different font sizes. Click on the font size you prefer and the cursor will get larger or smaller depending on the font size you selected.

    • 3). Click on the "down arrow" located to the right of the font name in the "Font" box. This will bring down a drop-down menu with all the different font types Word can use. Select a different font by clicking on the font of your choice. Some fonts are naturally larger than others so the size of the cursor will change based on the natural size of the font.
