The sudden decrease of the donation from 50 lacs to 10 lacs clearly proves the lack of efficiency of the Aam Admi Party (AAP) today. No doubt Arvind Kejriwal is a very resolute person about his Jan Lokpal Bill and the anti-corruption cause which actually led him to become the Delhi CM. But this ideal attitude seems to fade away since he is not getting over with his dharnas and protests yet.

Saying the constitution cannot prevent him from dharnas, it has become a big question that how can a Delhi CM create mess on the streets? Also, for the past few days, AAP, Congress and BJP locked horns with each other over the Jan Lokpal Bill.

Najeeb Jung expressed compliments to Kejriwal's anti-corruption journey. Nevertheless, the meeting between LG, Najeeb Jung and Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal might have led Kejriwal to lose the noose making him more determined to pass his bill. However, Najeeb Jung informs Kejriwal that to actually pass the Citizen's Ombudsman he needs to undergo due procedure. He also apprises him that the Law and other Departments of the Delhi Government wants him to get a recommendation from LG.
Informing to the PTI on 10 February, 2014, Kejriwal says that he has taken oath of the Constitution and will uphold the Constitution. But has he really done that? By law, a constitution determines the fundamental political principles of a government. Notwithstanding to anything, Kejriwal wants to pass his Jan Lokpal Bill irrationally without the permission of the Central Government.

It is the constitutional law that the Central Government bids by and Kejriwal is unable to keep the sanctity of the Assemble proceedings. To Kejriwal, poking of Central Government in the passing of the bill is €unconstitutional'. Again the viral news of Kejriwal's resignation if Jan Lokpal Bill is not passed has caused politicians like Lovely Singh and Harshvardaan put €ghee' to the flame calling him a €shrewd politician'. Now that his Jan Lokpal Bill is not getting ahead, Kejriwal has again going against the grain to an extent. Is it rational on his part? Do the government, constitution and parliament have no value to him?
Deep concern expressed by Former Additional Solicitor General, K N Bhatt saying that he does not find a great future for Jan Lokpal Bill and nobody can prevent it from debating it in Delhi Assembly. Another noted Corruption Matter Advocate and High Court Lawyer, Kislay Pandey said, €Kejriwal's mania for passing his Jan Lokpal Bill and denying the permission of Central Government is nothing but a €grim obsession' of him so much so that he forgot he has taken oath of the constitution.€
