Other crashes and errors can be caused by temporary file corruption or from the use of custom User Interfaces (UI). If the Repair Utility does not resolve the issue please navigate to your World of Warcraft directory (default is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\) and delete or rename the Interface (if applicable), WTF, and Cache folders there. These folders hold temporary files that can be deleted safely. Once removed, new versions of these files will be created the next time the game is launched and will reset most game settings to default.
