How to Create an Automator Script Finder Plugin for Snow Leopard

    • 1). Click "Applications," then "Utilities." Click "Automator."

    • 2). Click "Service" in the "New" window.

    • 3). Create your Automator script in the same way that you would for a normal Automator script. Click and drag any of the available tasks from the left into the workflow on the right.

    • 4). Click "File," then "Save As" and give a name for your service.

    • 5). Click the "Apple" logo, then "System Preferences." Click "Keyboard," followed by "Keyboard Shortcuts." Click "Services" and then select your service. Double-click your service, then hold down the keys you want to use to enact that service shortcut plugin.
