Navigating the device

• 1). Locate the ODB-II port on the vehicle. The port is usually under the dashboard on the driver's side and may be labeled as a diagnostic port. Remove the cap covering the pin connector. Plug the device into the port. Connect the USB cable from a laptop computer to the device at this time, if the information will be downloaded during use.
  
  
• 2). Navigate through the device using the four arrows, cancel and select keys. Select the "Program Vehicle" option from the main menu. A sub-menu will appear. Select "Install tune."
  
  
• 3). Select "Pre-Programmed" under the "Tune Type" menu. Turn the vehicle on and off when prompted. This could occur multiple times during the process. Do not unplug the cable until the process is completed.
  
  
• 4). Select "Yes" when the the menu reads "Adjust User Parameters" and navigate through the options using the arrow keys. Locate the "Cooling fans" options and adjust to the desirable parameter. Save adjustments when finished.
