Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ThatBiz LLC (“ThatBiz”, “we”) collects when you visit this website, join one of our lists, contact us, or buy one of our products, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep what we collect small.

What we collect

  • When you join our newsletter: your email address. Our website platform, Framer, sends it to our business email inbox.

  • When you join the AI Cleaning Assistant early-access list: you sign up through a free Gumroad checkout that opens on this site. Gumroad shares your email address with us, plus your name if you give it.

  • When you buy a product: purchases run through Gumroad. Gumroad shares with us your name, email address, what you bought, the price and the country of purchase. Gumroad handles your card details directly. We never see or store them.

  • When you contact us: whatever you write in your email, plus your name and email address.

  • Basic technical information: this site runs on Framer, which records standard information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the referring site. We use Framer’s built-in reports to see whether the site is working and which pages people read.


We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own advertising.

What we don’t collect

Our spreadsheet kits live wherever you save them: your computer, or your own Google Drive or OneDrive. Nothing you type into them is sent to us. The free Proof of Clean tool runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into it is sent to us either. When you copy one of our AI prompts into ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, that goes to the AI company you chose, under its privacy policy, not to us. Please don’t put alarm codes, lockbox codes, card numbers or other sensitive details into the files, the tool or AI tools.

Who handles it for us

  • Framer hosts this website and delivers the newsletter form.

  • Gumroad runs checkout, delivers your files and holds the early-access list. On pages with a Gumroad button, a Gumroad script loads so checkout can open on this site.

  • Google receives our email.


Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy. If we add a service that handles your information, we’ll update this page.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, answer your questions, send the emails you signed up for, tell early-access members when the AI Cleaning Assistant is ready, keep business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We only email you marketing if you joined a list or bought from us, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Newsletter and early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting, generally seven years. Messages you send us are deleted on request, and otherwise within two years once the conversation is finished.

Your choices

Email mark@thatbiz.online and we will:


  • tell you what we hold about you;

  • correct anything that’s wrong;

  • delete whatever we’re not legally required to keep;

  • send you a copy of what you gave us.


You can unsubscribe from any email at any time with the link at the bottom. We won’t charge you or treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, for example in California or the European Union, the law may give you these rights specifically, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Framer, Gumroad and Google may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they use recognized safeguards for these transfers.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it and rely on the security of the providers listed above. No system is perfect, so please don’t email us anything sensitive, such as passwords, card numbers or government ID.

Children

Our products are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
