Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover this website and the digital products sold by ThatBiz LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ThatBiz”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, buying a product or joining one of our lists, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We make simple, ready-to-use digital kits for small cleaning businesses and other local service businesses: spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets and Excel, printable PDFs, guides and AI prompts. Each product page lists exactly what’s included, what you need to use it, and the price. Everything is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped.

2. How buying works

  • Purchases are made through Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad processes your payment and delivers your files, and Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.

  • Some products are “pay what you want” with a minimum price. Bundles, such as the Cleaning Business Starter Kit, include the products listed on the bundle page.

  • After you buy, your files are available from your receipt email and your Gumroad Library.

3. Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal license to use it in one business. You may edit the files and use what you make with them (your quotes, posts, flyers and so on) in that business.

You may not resell, share, give away or publish the files themselves, or upload them anywhere others can download them. If you’d like to use a product in more than one business, email us.

4. Free tools and the early-access list

Proof of Clean is a free tool on this site. It’s provided as is, it only writes a message for you to check and send yourself, and it doesn’t record payments or contact anyone.

The AI Cleaning Assistant is not available yet. Joining its early-access list is free and only means we’ll email you when it’s ready, with its details and price. Joining doesn’t oblige you to buy anything. When it launches, it will come with its own terms.

5. AI features

Some of our products include prompts you copy into AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. Those tools are run by other companies under their own terms. Our prompts tell the AI to use only the facts you give it, but AI can still make mistakes. Always read what it writes before you send or post it. You are responsible for anything you send to your clients or publish.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products help you stay organized and consistent. We don’t promise any number of new clients, any amount of income, or any other result. What happens in your business depends on your area, your prices, your service and your effort.

7. Not professional advice

Our guides, templates and worksheets are general business tools. Any service agreement or policy template is a starting point, not legal advice. Any money or pricing tracker is a simple record, not tax or financial advice. For legal, tax or financial decisions, talk to a qualified professional where you work.

8. Using this website

You may browse and read this website for your own use. Please don’t copy our content, products or design for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. Our blog posts are general information and may not fit your exact situation.

9. Custom work

If we ever agree to do custom work for you, such as building a web page, the written quote we send sets the scope, price and timing. These Terms apply wherever the quote doesn’t say otherwise.

10. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Third-party services

We rely on services we don’t control, including Framer (this website), Gumroad (checkout and delivery), Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, and AI tools. We’re not responsible for their availability, changes or failures.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Questions: mark@thatbiz.online
